Tyros, a former Atlantean citizen is out for revenge against the undersea kingdom that exiled him. To accomplish his goal, the now transformed amphibian/bird hybrid steals the Quixtol's sacred pipe. It is up to Aquaman and Aqualad to defend Atlantis against this threat, while Hawkman and Hawkgirl try to stop the attack by the disgruntled exile.
