Orm becomes the Ocean Master, and conspires against his brother, Aquaman to usurp the throne of Atlantis. To reach his goal, Orm hires Black Manta, who has his own agenda, and it is deadly! The worse part? Aquaman refuses to believe Batman that the kingdom is in danger.
