In the main feature, Supergirl has been transformed into a phantom by the Master Jailer. To get out of this conundrum, she must go to Ivy University and recruit the assistance of the only person who can help her, that is, if she can find a way to communicate with him in her current phantom state.
This issue also stars Jimmy Olsen in 'Old Friends... New Betrayals,' Lois Lane in 'Dead Men Do Tell Tales,' and from Earth-2, the Golden Age Mr. and Mrs. Superman in 'Where Off Earth Are You From?'
